The bill (Reg. No. 2698) aims at significantly reducing administrative pressure on entrepreneurs by introducing restrictions on interference of government entities into the economic activity of entrepreneurs.
The draft law suggests amending the Code of Administrative Court Procedure, Code on Civil Protection of Ukraine and the Law “On Basic Principles of State Supervision (Control) in the Economic Sphere”.
During the preparation of the bill to the second reading, a number of proposals from the subjects of law of judicial initiative were sent, part of them were taken into account by the Committee.
